I understand the alternation of their life cycles and that they are all sexual organisms but what makes their structure different? What is the difference between the sexual spore producing structures of the divisions Zygomycota, Ascomycota and Basidiomycota.

Are the fungi under division Ascomycota anaerobic or aerobic in terms of their supply of energy?
